Scottish Swimming is the National Governing Body for Swimming, Diving, Open Water, Artistic Swimming and Water Polo in Scotland. Our vision is everyone can swim and our mission is to inspire our members and partners in the development of aquatics, providing leadership and expert support, resulting in more people taking part and reaching their full potential.
Scottish Swimming is looking for two dynamic and committed individuals to join its Board of Directors and help shape the future of aquatic sport in Scotland. Having carried out a full “Skills Gap Analysis” of the current Board profile, Scottish Swimming is looking for two candidates with expertise in the following areas:
Stakeholder Engagement / Governance
Athlete Development / High Performance Environments
