Position Description
As our new Treasurer, you will be at the heart of ensuring we continue to provide free, confidential therapeutic support to people of all genders, aged 16+, who have experienced rape, sexual abuse, or sexual exploitation across Wiltshire.
What will you be doing?
The Treasurer will oversee the financial matters of the Charity in line with good practice and in accordance with the governing document and legal requirements and report to the Board of Trustees at regular intervals about the financial health of the organisation. The Treasurer will ensure that effective financial measures, controls and procedures are put in place, and are appropriate for the Charity.

Time commitment and location:
The board meets monthly for 1–2 hours of an evening via Teams, with minimal admin work between meetings and occasional additional discussions.
Overall, the Treasurer role requires about one day per month.
The expected time commitment for the Treasurer is one day a month.
