About The Organisation

The Green School Trust is an inclusive Church of England Multi Academy Trust in the London borough of Hounslow currently comprised of The Green School for Girls, The Green School for Boys and The Green School Sixth Form consortium. Our mission is to serve our communities by growing a family of schools built on collaboration and inclusive Christian values, which enable all our students and staff to flourish and expand their hearts and minds.

The Green School Trust has been providing a high quality education in Isleworth since 1796 when the first Sunday school, whose object was to provide places for the children of the poor became, after many changes, the Green School for Girls as we know it today. In September 2017 the Trust opened The Green School for Boys in order to provide a Church of England multi – faith school in the London Borough of Hounslow for equal benefit to boys. Each trust school has its own distinct character, serving the educational needs of its students whilst being aligned to the ethos, vision and values of the Trust.

In recent years the trust has continued to develop, expanding its sixth form to provide post sixteen education to its trust schools, working as a delivery partner for Best Practice Network and working in collaboration with local primary schools. We hope to continue to grow, develop and learn from others as we enable our students and staff to flourish and serve our wider community.

The Green School Trust has thirteen Directors, who are either appointed by the Members for a four year term or co-opted by the Directors for a shorter period.
