We are seeking committed Trustees with a variety of skills, insight and experience to support the sustainability and development of the hospice, safeguard its resources, and champion a culture grounded in our core values of Compassion, Trust and Ambition.
- Strong leadership skills and experience participating in boards, committees or senior groups.
- A willingness to share your professional expertise for the benefit of the hospice.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to challenge, support and contribute constructively.
- Experience in governance, health, social care or charity leadership is welcome — but not essential. We recruit based on values, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds who share our vision, mission and values.
